Motion Warriors upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products.  We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations.  Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.  Customized orders may be refunded at the discretion of Motion Warriors.  If an item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item, you will need to obtain an RMA number before sending your item back to Motion Warriors. Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions.

• By email: Please email service@motion-warriors.com your order number and the request for a refund or an exchange.  We will then email you an RMA number and shipping instructions.
• By phone: Please have your order number ready and call us at 623-232-3853 to obtain an RMA number.

A package without an RMA number will not be accepted for refund.
